The overall experience was outstanding from start to finish. I can't say enough how impressed I was at the level of detail, communication, and expertise provided by Cindy and Fran. Things wouldn't have been successful without their involvement. We purchased new construction and to say the least working with the builder and their preferred lender left a lot to be desired. The builder and lender left us feeling defeated too many times. Cindy and Fran compensated by providing insight, asking questions to the builder and lender, and most importantly holding them to their commitments in areas that we were not aware of at times. When we were busy with the sale of the existing home, and work, and moving Cindy and Fran followed up with us for reminders of items on the many to do lists.
